8 Days Masai Mara, Lake Nakuru, Naivasha, Amboseli, Tsavo West & Taita Hills Sanctuary Safari – Drop Off Diani Beach

Day 1: Nairobi – Masai Mara National Reserve

Depart early from Nairobi and drive through the scenic Great Rift Valley to Masai Mara National Reserve, one of Africa’s greatest wildlife destinations.
Arrive in time for lunch at your lodge or tented camp.
In the afternoon, enjoy your first game drive across the savannah plains, home to the Big Five and abundant wildlife.
Return to your lodge for dinner and overnight.

Day 2: Full Day in Masai Mara

Spend a full day exploring Masai Mara with morning and afternoon game drives.
Look out for lions, elephants, leopards, buffaloes, rhinos, cheetahs, and herds of wildebeest and zebras.
(Optional) Take a hot air balloon safari at sunrise for breathtaking views of the plains, followed by a champagne breakfast.
Visit a Maasai village to experience their rich culture and traditions (optional).

Day 3: Masai Mara – Lake Nakuru National Park

After breakfast, depart Masai Mara and drive to Lake Nakuru National Park, arriving for lunch.
Afternoon game drive to see the park’s famous flamingos, pelicans, white and black rhinos, and possibly leopards along the lakeshore.
Lake Nakuru is also home to giraffes, lions, and antelopes.

Day 4: Lake Nakuru – Lake Naivasha

After breakfast, drive to Lake Naivasha, one of the Great Rift Valley’s most beautiful freshwater lakes.
Arrive in time for lunch and enjoy an afternoon boat ride to view hippos and water birds.
Later, take a guided walk on Crescent Island, where you can walk alongside giraffes, zebras, and antelopes in a predator-free environment.

Day 5: Lake Naivasha – Amboseli National Park

After breakfast, depart Naivasha and drive south to Amboseli National Park, located at the foot of Mount Kilimanjaro.
Arrive in time for lunch, then head out for an afternoon game drive.
Amboseli is famous for its large elephant herds and stunning views of Mt. Kilimanjaro.

Day 6: Amboseli – Tsavo West National Park

Early morning game drive in Amboseli, then return for breakfast.

Enjoy an afternoon game drive where you can spot elephants, lions, buffaloes, giraffes, and if lucky, leopards.

Day 7: Tsavo West – Taita Hills Wildlife Sanctuary

After breakfast, drive to Taita Hills Wildlife Sanctuary, a private conservancy bordering Tsavo West.
Arrive for lunch at your lodge — the famous Salt Lick Safari Lodge, uniquely built on stilts overlooking a waterhole where animals gather to drink.
Afternoon game drive in the sanctuary followed by dinner and overnight at the lodge.
Enjoy night-time views of wildlife from the comfort of your room or viewing decks.

Day 8: Taita Hills – Diani Beach / Mombasa

Early morning game drive in Taita Sanctuary, then return for breakfast.
After check-out, drive southwards through Voi towards the Kenya coast.
Lunch en route before continuing to Diani Beach (or Mombasa) for drop-off at your beach resort — marking the end of your safari adventure.
